Step 1: From your Mobile Device Install the Cash App using either iOS or the Android store depending on your device type.
Step 2: Once the App is installed, open the App. Once Cash App opens, it will ask for either you Email or Phone number to send you an authorization code.
Step 3: Type the code that you receive.
Step 4: Next, the App will ask you to enter your debit card information.
- If you do NOT wish to use your Debit Card for tithing, select the “Skip” option at the bottom of the pop-up. You will be able to add additional payment information later.
How to add Banking Information
Step 5: Enter your full name.
Step 6: Decide on a $Cashtag label, this is a unique label that can be used to send & receive money.
Example:
- Church’s Cashtag: $wpcog
- Jeff Biscotti’s Cashtag: $JeffBiscotti2
Step 7: Enter your ZIP code.
Step 8: Your account should be complete.
